I am writing this post lying in the foetal position on the floor. I'm typing with just my index finger. This morning Mark had yet another surprise for us...filthy fifty! Ten exercises, 50x of each! It took me 33minutes to complete and then he tried to get us to stretch!? There are only two more days of this madness left, then we have happy-get-fat-in-peace Christmas holidays to look forward to. Ballistix Fitness likes to surprise us on the last day, and we ended off last year with this workout if I remember correctly? If the surprise came early this year I am afraid of what Mark and Neil have in store for us Wednesday. Can you say Benilyn Day?
Filthy Fifty: 50x box jumos
50x Pull ups
50x Kettle bell swings
50x Walking lunges
50x Knees to elbows
50x Push Press
50x Squats
50x Sit-ups
50x Burpees...Ahhhh...I was so sad at this stage
and then 250x skips

People starting a stringent diet usually pig out a day or two leading up to them actually starting it, in the hope that it will last them into their new eating regime.
We're trying to see if the same logic can apply, but in reverse... Overload with training before going on holiday in the hope that it will last until you return...
Don't worry, the next 2 days will be challenging, but enjoyable. :)

Filthy 50, looks like my wife will be kicking my butt on this one, I have been looking forward to my next training session at a decent altitude where its not freezing cold in the mornings, I hope Mark will be " nice " enough to have a session for us this friday, I need to see if my workouts here in the place has been worth it, I did to WOD today, and I am knackered. I think its time to rest for that big one on friday... Hint Hint Neil
