Our little Bean is generally fearless, except when it comes to horses. Gioia prefers to play it safe and not go near them, that is, until yesterday afternoon at Jingle Jangle. Its been raining so much here in Pretoria so the garden and Gioia Town is muddy and wet. Jingle Jangle is great in wet weather. Mackenzie spotted the pony giving rides and she wanted a piece of the action. Gioia usually tightens her grip around my neck if we get close enough to smell the four legged animal, but I thought to purchase a token for her non-the-less. Mackenzie was a star and sat on his broad back happily bouncing up and down as he strolled around the dewy grassy patch. Gioia then said 'um turn' so I lifted her up expecting a last minute reality check and subsequent cop out...but NO, she sat down, held his saddle, and off she went. I kept instructing Julie, rather rudely in hindsight, to take more photos with her new BB as I simply had to share this with Johan!
