The eve before Gioia turns 2

It blows my mind that 2 years have passed since Gioia made herself know.  I am feeling decidedly nostalgic and sentimental as I write this post.  The albums and diary entries are all reminders of the time we have shared together. Tomorrow I have planned a mini celebration for her at our favourite park with a few friends and a little teeny pink cake. She had her official party a month ago while Johan was on leave, but I think blowing out candles with buddies is the way to go on the official day.  Everybody singing Happy Birthday to her will be the icing on her la petite cake.  This is a collage of her beautiful fish themed party, and I will post a collage of tomorrows party asap, for you Johan, because I know you will be thinking about her all day long.
