My friend Carike is on her way to hospital to have Wian. I am waiting pensively by my blackberry for news. Carike is having her little boy the traditional way. She is one of only a few of my friends that has gone through with natural birth, and I am so proud of her. I had Gioia via a c-section and am eternally grateful to the medical profession for giving us alternatives. Needless to say, I like to boast about my friends like ‘Rusty’! I will post photos of little Wian Smit just as soon as I have taken them. Push my friend...and breath!
